Bien Hecho's mission is simple - to support Mexican artisans through fair trade and preserve culture.
This is a small minority female owned business founded in Santa Ana, California. The founder, Jessica is a first-generation Mexican-Vietnamese American. During her travels, she met many talented master artisans of beautiful and traditional arts and crafts. Some still used techniques that date back to pre-hispanic times and inherited through generations. Handmade art goods are labor intensive, made with passion and often times have a utility purpose. Today, handmade artisan goods are difficult to find because of the high demand for mass produced goods. Artisans are often under appreciated and under valued. Bien Hecho was created to bring change as we value the labor of art and creativity. We hope you'll cherish one of these art pieces in your home forever.
